The disinfectant effect of “Clean Center - ClinicoSpeed” is guaranteed by laboratory testing of the National Medical Officer Service. In  addition to the disinfection prescribed in HACCP (MRSA) it has antiviral and tuberculocidal effects, thus making it suitable for medical/hospital use.”

We undertake daily, weekly and occasional cleaning, as well as related general cleaning.

We provide security services to institutions.

The security service is an essential part of the protection of the object and the building, which we can provide tailored to opening hours according to the needs of our customers, even with language skills if needed. The duties in case of a security service are performed by the security guard at the main entrance or the reception desk of the building.

Procurement of hygienic materials and tools:

Of course, the placement of hygienic materials is part of our daily cleaning work, but an additional part of our service may be the purchase and delivery of the relevant hygiene materials.

The filling of hygienic materials is billed on a separate invoice according to demand and quantity, so it is done according to the actual consumption.

Our pricing:

Our pricing is done according to discussion depending on the size of the area, the frequency of cleaning and the needs arising. We can provide you a quote after a free assessment of the site.

Our prices include cleaning agents, tools and machines.

Our general cleaning prices are established according to an individual agreement, which, among others, depend on the annual frequency, as well as on the size of the window area to be cleaned and the size of the carpet.

Furthermore, we have a long-term lease agreement with SH-ITB Kft., which is the representative of Hako industrial cleaning machine. They provide us with ride-on scrubber machine, as well as the manual industrial mop and the single brush mopping machines

The main materials and cleaning products used in our activities are the members of the high quality Tana (Tana Sanit) range.

Our cleaning products are obtained from the Beltex Üzemi és Higiéniai és Munkavédelmi Termékforgalmazó Kft. (Headquarters: 2. Gyár Str. Budaörs, 2040) and SH-Szráda Kft. (Headquarters: 24. Kinizsi Str. Budaörs, 2040).

 

 

Our equipment is listed in the previous point without being exhaustive, but if involvement of additional machines is necessary, we will immediately fulfill this challenge. So we can say that our equipment fleet keeps on expanding.

Management and controlling structure of the company:

When establishing the organizational structure of our company, we kept in mind the fact that the corporate structure affects competitiveness even if only indirectly.

Accordingly, the structure of the top management of the company consists of the executive, the technical manager, as well as the office manager.

Cleaning record:

We place great emphasis on the inspection of the quality of our work, so in our existing areas we have introduced a cleaning record where both the customer and the cleaning staff can indicate their comments.

Of course, this record is monitored by our managers on a weekly basis, and if a problem is detected they shall immediately establish an action plan to resolve this problem.

Of course there is a constant contact with our employees, and if our managers see it fit, they improve the quality and efficiency by rescheduling workflows. Our company is capable of responding to havaria situations within 24 hours.

In the light of the above factors, we can declare that we can undertake warranty for the quality of the work done, since in the present market conditions, the conscientious, high quality is the only factor that can become a competitive advantage.

Future objectives:

Our main objectives include the achievement of new orders in Budapest and its catchment area, as well as strengthening our marketing activities necessary for this purpose, that is, we enhance our presence on multiple advertising interfaces.
